To support this commitment to accuracy, we have a proprietary internal metric system, which continually tracks of how well we are doing in achieving our accuracy goals. This Quality Initiate System provides feedback to our management and staff to identify and quickly resolve any challenges. Throughout this system, we are constantly looking for ways to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve accuracy.

What We Do

For over 30 years, The Service Center has been providing incentives, fulfillment and communications services to clients in the forefront of their industries. From Fortune 500 companies to local, national and international firms which cover industries as diverse as automotive, beverage, energy, health and beauty, insurance, logistics and non profit.

From the start, our focus has been to partner with clients to provide the most accurate execution of their marketing programs, whether it is for rebates, sweepstakes, fulfillment, storage and shipping, or direct mail. With our tenured staff that averages 10 years employment, we offer clients the most responsive service along with accurate results. Advanced technology provides transparency and real time, 24/7 access and reporting. Our 115,000 square foot warehouse, distributes thousands of packages daily.

In 2011, The Service Center purchased an interest in Toronto-based Olivan Marketing to provide a single source of marketing and fulfillment series, including rebates, sweepstakes, direct mail and collateral fulfillment throughout the U.S. and Canada.
