An International cellular provider wanted to communicate that their Internet service was “America’s fastest, most consistent and most reliable” to a young adult audience via social media.
TSC presented the idea of using a Bi-lingual Sweepstakes via Facebook that would also give consumers the chance to instantly win Xbox consoles, games and other Xbox related equipment.
TSC developed the rules, handled the legal aspects, created the Bi-lingual Facebook pages that were auto responsive based on the device being used (PC or mobile device) and coordinated distribution of the prizes. The Facebook application captured the entrant’s information along with educating the entrant on the value of the faster Internet servers.
As part of the application, if the entrant won a prize, they received an immediate on screen notice and then a follow-up email entailing how they would receive their prize. The entrant was also automatically entered into the Sweepstakes whether they won a prize or not.
This program generated thousands of likes and shares.
