The Challenge

A National quick serve restaurant (QSR) chain wanted to do a cross promotion for the latest release of the blockbuster game, “Call of Duty®: Black Ops III” that targeted their demographic group of 18-35 year old adults. Their goal was to engage their customers, collect data and inspire purchases.

The Solution

The Service Center (TSC), in tandem with the game developer:

  1. Developed a web-based sweepstakes offering over 4,000,000 physical and instant win prizes.
  2. Drafted the rules and administrated the sweepstakes to comply with all national and state level legal regulations.
  3. Coordinated the sweepstakes development with the two clients, two agencies, and their legal teams while interfacing with Activition using their API interface.
  4. Built a database of consumer opt in’s for future digital communications.
  5. Handled all aspects of Customer Service.
