Incentives - Employee Incentive Program
A National automotive brand desired to increase accessories sales at the salesperson level at each dealership. They needed a way to track sales by salesperson, accumulate dollar amounts and payout the total earned incentive dollars.
TSC proposed development of an online incentive redemption portal that could allow their sales staff to enroll, record each sale and earn incentives. We designed the site, managed the enrollment and provided the capability for the salesperson to upload the required proof of sale for each accessory sold. We validated submissions against the terms and conditions for the offer and managed payout of the incentives as they were earned. The sales people were able to choose to have their funds deposited into their company account or have an incentive check mailed directly to them. Based on that selection TSC would either send a report back to the client for the amounts to be deposited to the employee account or send out checks to the sales person.
The client noticed a sharp increase in sales, was able to move the inventory desired and the incentive program was viewed as favorable with strong participation.
