The Challenge

Multinational beverage client wanted to deliver samples of their sports drink powder to Athletic Directors at 10,000 High Schools across the USA.

Some of the specific challenges they faced involved:

• Create a sample kit containing 3 different flavors of powder and several pieces of collateral material.
• A very short timeframe to build and ship the kits.
• Material from a number of different vendors needed to go into each kit.
• The aim was to have the kits delivered to the schools as they returned from winter break, but for budget reasons they had to ship during 2015.
• High overhead expenses to handle both in-house.
