Global client had challenges in the North American Marketplace achieving optimal usage for a variety of marketing programs. While they had numerous capable vendors providing services, utilization was below expectations. They were utilizing seven different vendors who each had specialized services and unique ordering sites.

Provide the client’s North American field personnel with a user friendly “One Stop Shop” portal for ordering POP, Signage, Print on Demand and Wearables. TSC’s contact center manages all email and phone inquiries. Screen views and reporting capabilities are consistent. The site is designed to be expandable to add additional vendors as requirements develop.
TSC receives invoices from the vendors, pays the vendors, and rolls up all of the charges into one monthly invoice which integrates with cost centers and co-op fund vendors.
Usage has increased significantly, customer service issues have disappeared, and the vendors are getting paid in a timely manner.
