Fulfillment - Premium Sales Sample Distribution

The Challenge

Multinational beverage client faced challenges when distributing new product samples to their Salesforce and Corporate Office personnel.

These challenges created frustration based on samples often arrived damaged and too late to be used affectively.

The Solution

Provide the client with an outsourcing process where TSC could handle all aspects of the sample kit distribution. As soon as new product is available, client sent samples to TSC for storage prior to distribution date.

The Outcome

After selecting the proper cartons, TSC printed the sales sheets and product identification labeling for the shipping cartons. TSC kitted the two premium bottles items into the presentation boxes (red material in the back), inserted the sales literature and distribute the samples within 3 business days of receipt of a distribution list.

Timely access to new product samples has increased significantly with fewer damaged shipment while reducing office staff costs.
